The 1998 Blue Ridge High School 10 Year Class Reunion AGENDA

Friday Night, August, 1st: 'Break the Ice' night at a The Lodge at 7 p.m. for anyone who is up in the White Mountains early. This evening you are on your own for drinks, appetizers, meals, or whatever you feel like doing. This is mainly so everyone knows where people will be meeting! The Lodge's address is 857 E. White Mountain Boulevard in Pinetop (right next to the Beverage House). If you think you might show up at this event, send me an email so we don't overwhelm the Lodge. They will reserve some tables if there is a good-sized group coming.

Saturday Lunch, August 2nd: We will have a PICNIC from 12 p.m. until 1:45ish p.m! Location is the Blue Ridge Elementary School playground by the softball fields (turn at the library). Bring a picnic blanket or chairs. This is a prepaid event. If you have not signed up and sent in money, but are going to attend, please call me at 406.396.3176 to let me know so I can get enough food. The cost is $8 per person or $16 per family/guests. (A family is from 2-4 people. Please add $2 per person over four). Bring your kids, your friends, or just yourself. Alicia (Ferguson) Patterson will be arranging a group photo!

Saturday Tour of the High School, August 2nd at 1:45 p.m: We will be given a tour of the School by Assistant Principal Eric Harmon at 1:45 p.m. Meet in front of the High School Office.

Saturday Night, August 2nd: The Official 'Class Reunion Dinner Party' for you and your guest at Brickman's Grill from 6:30-11 p.m. Brickman's grill is located at 1450 E. White Mountain Blvd. next to 'Urban Ranch' and 'The Mahoney Group.' Dinner will be served around 7 p.m. Dinner includes salad, entrée that you selected, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages. This is also a pre-paid event.

We look forward to seeing you all there! Print this and keep it with you so you don't forget when and where things are taking place.

The AGENDA

Friday Night, August, 1st: 'Break the Ice' at a local bar & grill at 7 p.m. for anyone who is up in the White Mountains early (more information on location to follow). This evening you are on your own for drinks, appetizers, meals, or whatever you feel like doing.

Saturday Lunch, August 2nd: We will have a PICNIC from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m! Location is the elementary school playground. The cost is $8 per person or $16 per family/guests. (A family is from 2-4 people. Please add $2 per person over four.) Bring your kids, your friends, or just yourself.

Saturday Night, August 2nd: The Official 'Class Reunion Dinner Party' for you and your guest at Brickman's Grill from 6:30-11 p.m. The price is $45.00 per person and includes salad, the dinner entrée of your choice (please see attached document for menu selections), dessert, soft drinks, tax and tip.

*Payment is due by July 15^th to reserve your space. We have a minimum and a maximum amount of people needed to keep the restaurant reservation. We also have to give the restaurant 15 days advance notice on entrée selections and numbers attending. Please act promptly to ensure everything runs smoothly!
